Lifetime Guarantee
All gold and silver products purchased from Gold and Silver Bank come with a lifetime quality guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects and material purity. We are the manufacturer — so we take full responsibility for what we make.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on eligible products. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, size, or design, simply bring it back within the return window and we'll sort it out at no extra cost to you.
Return Window
You may return an eligible product within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be completely unused — unworn, untested, and in its original condition
- The original box and packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All original tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
- The item must not have been resized, altered, or customized in any way
We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of these conditions are not met.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind — if you simply no longer want the item, we are unable to accept a return
- Items that have been used, worn, or handled
- Items with damaged, missing, or tampered packaging
- Customized or personalized items made to your specifications
- Sale or discounted items
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable under all circumstances. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the product back to us, including all associated courier costs.
We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service when returning any item. Gold and Silver Bank will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any payment processing fees are non-refundable
- Only the product value will be refunded upon approval
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
