Are you a manufacturer or just a reseller?
We are a manufacturer, retailer, and direct seller all in one. We make our own products, which means no middlemen, stronger quality control, and fairer prices directly passed on to you.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. All gold and silver products from Gold and Silver Bank come with a lifetime quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects and material purity. We made it — we stand behind it.
Do gold and silver prices change daily?
Yes. Gold and silver prices fluctuate daily based on market rates. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the final price for that transaction — no surprises after checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery where available. All online payments are processed securely and we do not store your card details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be completely unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and with all original contents included. Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return.
Is exchange free of charge?
Yes. We offer completely free exchanges on all eligible products. No exchange fee, no hidden costs.
Are delivery charges refundable?
No. Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. In case of a return, the customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
